Please note: Network Partners with which you are matched may retain or use your Information whether or not you use their services. You should contact these Network Partners directly concerning their privacy practices.
Affiliate companies: We may share your Information with entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with CareSecure for the purpose of advertising products and services to you.
CareSecure Vendors: We may share your Information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, including marketing partners, business analytics providers, and entities whose services are used to match you with a Network Partner.
Trusted Marketing Partners: We reserve the right to share your data with trusted third-party marketing partners who may market to you via email or other channels regarding products or services that may be of interest to you.

By providing your contact information through the Site, you are authorizing CareSecure to share your Information with our Network Partners and third-party vendors as described herein. Whether you are contacted by us, a third party on our behalf, or a Network Partner, you agree to be contacted through emails or — subject to your express opt-in — on your landline or mobile phone by live operators, automated telephone dialing systems, pre-recorded messages, and/or text messages, regardless of whether your number is on a Do Not Call list. You may stop receiving calls and text messages by following the instructions in those messages. A stop request will only apply to the specific entity to whom such request is directed.

Program Details: By opting into our messaging program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages from us and our Network Partners. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receipt of services.
Revocation: You may revoke your consent at any time via any reasonable means, including by replying "STOP" to any mobile message, making a verbal request to our representatives, or submitting a written request to our support channels.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be submitted to and settled exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules ("AAA Rules"). Arbitration shall be held in Virginia, and shall be conducted before an arbitrator selected pursuant to the AAA Rules. The arbitrator shall be bound to adjudicate all disputes in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia. All decisions of the arbitrator will be final, binding, and conclusive on both parties. Either party may seek confirmation of the arbitration award in the Virginia state courts, and both parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Virginia state courts for any claim or action arising under this arbitration provision.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CareSecure.
